Central Louisiana Imaging Center (CLIC) in Alexandria, Louisiana, is the region’s most advanced freestanding outpatient diagnostic imaging center. A brand new facility and a new concept in diagnostic imaging required a major marketing launch to ensure physician and consumer awareness that would translate into immediate patient referrals and appointments. CLIC’s key differentiator and main campaign message, Speeding the Healing Process, was developed directly from their business strategy — to provide state-of-the-art imaging capabilities in a timely fashion.
What ensued was a truly integrated branding strategy for CLIC that began with the development and implementation of a new corporate brand, followed by all forms of corporate collateral (sales literature, signage, etc.) and culminated with a consumer advertising campaign.
CLIC opened in September 2004 and the marketing campaign made its debut in October. The increase from September to the end of October was a 70% growth in patients.
