BBR Creative strives to be a vibrant and important part of our local community. And over the years, we’ve supported and become a part of a number of community organizations. From the Acadiana Arts Council to the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, BBR Creative — the team and the individuals — continue to make a mark on our community.

Children’s Museum of Acadiana
The Children’s Museum of Acadiana is a hands-on participatory museum for children ages 2-12 providing interactive exhibits, special services, performances and workshops that allow our children to grow and create. The CMA approached BBR in 2008 to develop an identity for a race fundraiser – the 5k Sashay. The logo subsequently was awarded ADDYs in local and district ADDY competitions.

Pro Bono Advertising Agency

Festival International
Since 1986, Festival International de Louisiane has been a community-based, non-profit arts organization that provides a free family event celebrating the French cultural heritage of Southern Louisiana. BBR Creative Media Buyer Monica Hebert serves as a member of the Festival’s board. In 2009, BBR created the “Love Your Festival” campaign to encourage the purchase of pins to support the festival.

Junior League of Lafayette
The Junior League of Lafayette is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Tinsel & Treasures is the annual Holiday Market fundraiser for the Acadiana community. Since 2001, BBR Creative has created award-winning marketing and advertising material for the annual event.

The Woman's Leadership Council
We are a movement of women who are united to influence
the condition of children in Acadiana through leadership, philanthropy and advocacy. We invest our donations to increase early learning opportunities for children and other important issues affecting the quality of family life.

 

 

Susan G. Komen Foundation
The Susan G. Komen Foundation is the global leader of the breast cancer movement, having invested more than $1 billion since inception in 1982. As the world’s largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists, the Komen Foundation works to save lives, empower people, ensure quality care for all and energize science to find the cures. In 2009, the BBR team participated in the Acadiana Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.
