Molly Rosato is our bubbly, detail-oriented and deadline-driven coordinator of chaos who thrives on being ready to answer questions and provide direction when needed. As project manager, her main responsibilities include team scheduling, capacity management, budget monitoring and client communication. She not only ensures work is delivered on time, in scope and within budget — her efforts also guarantee we’re meeting client expectations. Molly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication (Public Relations) from University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2019. Since then, she’s gained experience in nonprofit marketing, event coordination, higher education fundraising and agency operations. Her background with small teams that have big goals and few resources makes her a multifaceted manager capable of quickly adjusting to any new need and project parameter thrown her way. When she’s not wrangling deliverables, Molly enjoys traveling to new places, attending live music events and hanging out with friends and her dog, Fred.
