Chief Operations Officer

Lauren Bourgeois works hand-in-hand with the CEO to implement the vision of the agency and coordinate the many moving parts of the business to meet business goals and objectives. As COO and an integral part of the BBR team, Lauren remains focused on driving solutions to business challenges, managing employee benefits and programs, tracking business financial health and overseeing property needs.

Lauren has been with BBR for over 12 years and serves on the Executive Leadership team as Chief Operations Officer, facilitating clarity, alignment and resolution on a daily basis. A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a B.S. in mass communications, she is a well-organized, detail-oriented thinker who coaches our leadership team to continue to gain traction against our vision. She founded and established our project management system and has since developed this role into a department of professionals that help our agency to run efficiently and effectively, while managing relationships with key external partners and vendors. Lauren continues to identify areas that need improvement and is diligent in ensuring employees have the resources needed to get their jobs done.
