As our Junior Account Executive and playlist perfectionist, Grace is always in tune with agency activity. For her, rhythm isn’t just a part of music—it’s essential to creating successful teams, too. From the daily beat to the crescendo of crunch time, she coordinates all account details to deliver results that bring music to clients’ ears.

From conducting project research and supporting new business needs to planning presentations and reports for partners, Junior Account Executive Grace Payton is a one-woman show. As the friendly helping hand to every AE, she’s always ready to step in and do what is needed to get the team past the finish line. A 2022 University of Louisiana at Lafayette graduate, Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication and comes to BBR with a background in social media management. She is skilled in social reporting, engagement tracking and planning and has also earned certifications in Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Search, Google Display and Google Measurement. In life, Grace lives by her motto “be scared and do it anyway”— a line that highlights her daring nature to always try new things and put herself out there. When she’s not at the office, you can find her jamming at the closest music festival with her friends or curating her next best playlist.
