As Senior Account Executive, Brooke Odom brings an adaptive and intuitive spirit to her daily work. She knows the value of listening, pivoting when needed — and she never loses her cool under pressure. The insights she gathers help her strengthen relationships and solidify our role as an extension of our partners’ teams. To keep accounts running smoothly, Brooke communicates the details of incoming work, quality checks creative to align with defined goals, and helps execute successful marketing strategies — all while managing daily requests from our partners. If her experience has taught her anything, it’s that a little strategy can go a long way in turning good ideas into great results. She is a proud Leadership Lafayette graduate and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from LSU and a Master of Business Administration degree from George Washington University. Prior to joining BBR, she owned several businesses as a licensed architect where she gained experience managing a multi-discipline team as well as a deep understanding of our clients’ challenges. Outside the office, Brooke cheers on her kids at the soccer field and ballet studio in between making custom Halloween costumes. On the civic side, she volunteers in the community and serves as the current president of Ascension’s Fine Arts Alliance, a parent service organization.
